How the game works

The onboarding game is conducted in groups of 4-6 people using a PC or tablet. The game can be conducted virtually via a video conferencing solution, at a physical location, or both. If the company is located in multiple cities or countries, the game can be played across borders. It typically takes 60-90 minutes but can be customized to your needs. The activity can be conducted independently or with the assistance of our activity leaders.

Dilemmas and group discussions help make the topics concrete and understandable, while incorporating quizzes about the company and other fun challenges creates an engaging and unique learning experience.
